We may cancel a membership in case we find the member is not following the terms and conditions. The member can cancel his/her membership due to their engagement or other reasons. On any cancellation, there will be no refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly to improve our quality of service. Please send us a mail or reach us through this website to provide feedback. We do not entertain Return, Refund, and Cancellation in any Circumstances.
Fees (Irrespective of Package taken) once collected by Aashirvaad Matrimony.in for providing suitable services is Non-Refundable. Customers will have to either accept the necessary services provided by Aashirvaad Matrimony.in or may ask to stop providing services. Customers who paid fees online may claim their Receipt.
Aashirvaad Matrimony will not be responsible for cheques sent without crossed or endorsement/sent with wrong name and address, Demand Drafts made in wrong name, Postal/Courier loss or payment made to other than those authorized by Aashirvaad Matrimony. Customers are requested to visit membership plans section and select plans option provided on the page of Aashirvaad Matrimony website or Payment details given on the contact us page for safe and secure payment. We will be not responsible for Google Pay/Paytm/UPI payments done on wrong numbers, it is requested to do a double check name & numbers before transferring the payments.
Customers are requested to select Package Options at their wish and make payment accordingly. There are packages which suits every customer with maximum views available and date expiration whichever is earlier. Once the profile is deactivated if either the maximum views are completed or profile date is expired customer has to either make payment again or may drop the idea of subscribing to Aashirvaad Matrimony at their will and wish. There is no constraint that a customer whose registration expired should make payment again.
